12 hour pulse cycle is killing Clinch.

TVA's decision to leave the Clinch high and dry despite having a full pool on Norris is doing the fishery no favors.  Despite the conditions the river is fishing well altough the larger fish are beginning to pay the price.  River seems to be fishing better early and late.  No surprises on fly choice, the usual subjects are still where it's at.
